Some Galaxy S24 users have complained about being unable to unlock their phones after installing the update. The issue first gained attention when leaker Ice Universe shared the news on X, claiming the bug prompted Samsung to pull the update from its servers globally.
In a follow-up post, the leaker revealed that the problem was severe enough for Samsung to halt the rollout in all countries, including China. Discussions on Samsung’s Korean community forums echoed similar concerns.
“The reason for the delay in the Galaxy S24 push is that users of the official version of One UI7 of the Korean S24 series found that “they could not be unlocked normally in some cases,” the user wrote.
“Samsung urgently reviewed the firmware withdrawal in other countries.Have you ever encountered a bug where your Galaxy phone occasionally cannot be unlocked?” They added.
The X account also said that the update rollout will be continued from April 15
